Ms. Guilfoyle has been practicing labor and employment law exclusively for more than 15 years, most recently as a shareholder with Epstein, Becker & Green in San Francisco. Ms. Guilfoyle has represented management in both federal and state court in employment litigation matters involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation. Ms. Guilfoyle also represents employers in administrative proceedings before the California State Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Ms. Guilfoyle advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour laws, sexual harassment policies and investigations, drug testing policies, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Ms. Guilfoyle received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1989, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1986.
