Ms. Kettler has been practicing labor and employment law for over eight years, most recently with the law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Ms. Kettler represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, sexual harassment and affirmative action. She has represented clients in administrative proceedings, as well as in the courtroom. 

Ms. Kettler graduated summa cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1998. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Bard College in 1989.  She also has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which she received in 1991.
