Over the past nine years, Ms. Freeman has represented management in wide-ranging employment litigation matters in state and federal court, including those involving claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Additionally, she advises clients regarding a variety of workplace issues including misconduct investigations, employee discipline, workplace violence, personnel policies and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Ms. Freeman received her J.D. in 1996 from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a member of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and an intern at Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 from the University of California, Berkeley.
