Mr. Levin has represented employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions and single and multi-plaintiff cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower and breach of contract claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Levin advises employers with respect to compliance issues arising under local, state and federal labor and employment laws, including handbook policies, internal investigations and terminations, reductions in force, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, non-competes, employee privacy and wage and hour issues.
