Ms. Hutner focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation in state and federal court, defending wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, class action and other employment claims. She also counsels employers on a wide range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, disability accommodation, employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and drafting of employee handbooks and personnel policies.
