Ms. Goines focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation in state and federal court, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower issues, as well as class action litigation. She also counsels employers on a wide range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, disability accommodation, I-9 compliance, employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and drafting of employee handbooks and personnel policies.
