Ms. Kettler has been practicing labor and employment law for over a decade, with a focus on employment litigation, ERISA benefits denial litigation, and counseling employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, sexual harassment and affirmative action. Ms. Kettler also represents clients in labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings.
