Ms. Castillo is experienced in defending and advising clients with regard to all aspects of employment law including discrimination and harassment claims; wrongful termination claims; claims alleging violation of wage and hour laws; and disability related claims. Ms. Castillo, who is fluent in Spanish, has also provided onsite training for management in workplace laws and related compliance matters. Prior to joining Miller Law Group, Ms. Castillo was with the law firm of Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick LLP in San Francisco, California.

Ms. Castillo is a member of the Board of the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as the Secretary as well as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. Ms. Castillo is also a member of the California Minority Counsel Program and the San Francisco Bar Association.

Ms. Castillo received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996, where she completed a double major in English and Spanish Literature.
