Ms. Kettler has been practicing labor and employment law for over ten years. Ms. Kettler counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, sexual harassment and affirmative action. Her practice includes conducting trainings and presentations on a variety of employment law issues. Ms. Kettler also represents clients in labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings, as well as in the courtroom. In addition to employment litigation, she defends clients in ERISA benefits denial litigation.

Ms. Kettler graduated summa cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1998. After completing a clerkship in the Federal Court for the District of Massachusetts, Ms. Kettler worked in the labor and employment departments of the law firms of Ropes & Gray and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker before joining Miller Law Group in 2006. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Bard College in 1989. She also has a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which she received in 1991.
