CAROLYN RASHBY

Ms. Rashby has represented and counseled management on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, and employee handbooks and personnel practices. Ms. Rashby has written hundreds of articles and employer compliance materials touching on all aspects of California employment law. Prior to joining Miller Law Group, Ms. Rashby wrote the monthly California Employer Advisor and California Wage and Hour Advisor newsletters. She is a regular presenter in Miller Law Group's Employment Law Update webinar series.
