Ms. Vasquez focuses her practice on employment litigation in state and federal court, defending wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract and other employment claims. In addition, she advises clients on a wide range of employment issues including family and medical leave, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower issues and wage and hour matters. Ms. Vasquez also has experience in intellectual property disputes, patent actions, securities actions and internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving foreign parties.
